Shipping and Handling
At Enliven Goods, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate worldwide shipping!
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Some items may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, please note that the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees. When ordering from Enliven Goods, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Enliven Goods has no control over these charges, nor can enlivengoods predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
For pre-Ordered or back-Ordered Items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, and there is only a small window (midnight of the order date) to correct an incorrect shipping address. If the shipment has already been processed through our shipping department we cannot retrieve it for an address change. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Enliven Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or, at our discretion, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or banking institute. There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further before filing a charge-back with your financial institute. We really appreciate it!
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo(s) of the damage with your request to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
